I acted as Creative Lead and Art Director to build the digital product and launch the brand The Big Exchange, a pioneering impact investing platform designed to democratize finance.
Tasked with disrupting a traditionally timid sector, my role spanned from developing the provocative brand positioning and socially charged art direction to overseeing the platform's complete UI/UX design. By breaking category norms to champion financial inclusion, the successful launch secured over £1 million in investments within its first week and won multiple industry awards for innovation.

Change is in your pocket
Financial marketing is traditionally numb and timid, catering mostly to the wealthy. Partnering with The Big Issue, our challenge was to break this mold and launch The Big Exchange, an ethical investing platform built to promote true financial inclusion.
I developed the messaging and we build the platform to be a bold enterprise, doing the exact opposite of category norms. To convey this, I art-directed thought-provoking images juxtaposing disparate elements and people, offering social and political commentary instead of safe corporate tropes.
This unapologetic visual identity directly informed the platform’s entire UI and UX. We ensured the digital experience was just as intuitive and accessible as our core message: "Change is in your pocket."
